The goal with this project was to transform an Icon of Woodcliff Lake, from a farm stand marketplace into a new downtown lifestyle center!

We created inspiring architecture with a streetscape appeal drawing upscale retailers to the center.

The colorful canopied elements create interesting shade and shadows throughout the picturesque, Tice’s Corner Marketplace.

In turn, it offers shoppers a high style shopping experience with areas for socializing and dining!
