River Front Center

Once a barren strip of highway, 3000 feet long deemed too narrow to develop, now a vibrant shopping center on Route 3 West in Clifton. This shopping center was developed out of creative thinking and innovative design using its depth constraint to its advantage by making the center longer and staggered. We created many facades for the national retailers and anchors, including a bridge linking Costco to the center.
