The Montoro Architectural Group. Working on commercial, civic and multi-family residential projects he has established his presence in the tristate area as one of the top Architectural design firms. The firm has designed more than 100 shopping centers, as well as schools, libraries, medical facilities, office buildings and apartment buildings. The residential division designs premier homes from South Jersey to Northern Bergen County. This experience has earned him guest speaking venues throughout the state, as well as articles in Dream Homes of New Jersey and Who’s Who in Interior Design and numerous architectural awards.
John has served on many boards including planning boards, currently he is on the Historical Commission of Upper Saddle River, NJ. He has appeared in front of hundreds of planning and zoning boards and never lost an approval. His perfect record always insures his client’s approvals and variances are granted.
Michael Robillo brings a wealth of information, skill and experience to every project. With more than 25 years in the industry, his abilities are not limited to design but also include an in depth working knowledge of construction detailing and computer application technology and systems design. He has a thorough understanding of CAD and its capabilities both 2D, 3D and modeling. Having worked on numerous commercial and school projects including construction criteria codes. Mr. Robillo is able to combine his extensive understanding of building codes with his understanding of construction detailing.
Diana McClurg has worked in graphic design and advertising for over 18 years. As marketing manager she organizes and manages all public relations, promotional materials, RFP’s and digital presentations. This includes coordinating cost and production time with venders. On the state level assuring all required documents are current and RFP’s are organized and issued for the firm.
In addition she produces office literature, graphic design and Renderings, working closely with the CAD technicians, for planning board and design submission.
Edwin Punla has a wide range of knowledge with over 25 years of experience. He has an extremely well rounded background in architectural design including extensive fieldwork. His varied abilities and precise knowledge of construction systems makes him a valuable asset on any team. As project manager, Mr. Punla has worked on projects from preliminary drawings to construction documents, from multi-family to residential. He works directly with clients to ensure that their project needs and goals are fulfilled.
With over 9 years of professional / Auto CAD experience, Sketch -Up, and #D programs, he has the ability to take conceptual designs right thru to production. Combined with his degree/skills in Architectural Technology , he is able to take projects to the next level and detail systems/ designs for maximum utilization, efficiency; and production as part of the Construction Document process. Working with clients to input their needs is a crucial skill that adds to the final product/client interrelationship; as well as during the process, as well as during construction.
Vincent Obedoza is a Licensed Architect with over 16 years of education and professional background in the field of architecture and design. During his professional career, he has gone through extensive experience in building design and project management in both commercial and public project sectors, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion. His graphic skills, attention to detail, and professional understanding of the design and construction industry makes him a beneficial member of The Montoro Architectural Group.
Marjorie Erstling is responsible for administrative and coordination services for the firm. She handles the project accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation while acting as a liaison to the principal for daily coordination.
Ms. Erstling is capable of handling multiple projects, coordination of tasks, preparation of schedules, and providing assistance and service to our clients and employees.
Mr Paboojian is a Director and Senior Architect offering years of managerial and technical experience. His last ten years he has had Director level positions overseeing Capital Improvement Projects for NYC. As team leader, he has managed, designed and overseen a wide range of projects including complete mechanical/electrical upgrades of building infrastructures, exterior modernizations, building additions and cost control of over 100 million dollars renovations. He has a solid business background, with an understanding of operational issues.
With over 34 years in the business and as a Professional Licensed Architect for the firm, Daniel is adept in not only the production of design but able to interface with the client/ handle the entire building process. His expertise spans thru all phases of the project, from beginning to end. He also is skilled in client interface, Construction documents, Project Management, construction Administration and Project field services in addition to CAD/ design services. Most importantly he listens to a clients needs, addresses their concerns, and can implement them efficiently into the work so as time does not slip away.
