Ho-Ho-Kus Crossing features multifamily housing along with retail. Fifty-three residential apartments are proposed on the 2.1 acre site along with 9,500 square feet for retail. The project will also provide 123 parking spaces. The new design will match the queen-ann style of the surrounding buildings.
